It’s that time of year again folks! The sun is blazing a few degrees less, the work loads are starting to pick up, and the caf’s food is already becoming a little (or a lot) redundant. But, don’t fret! Because with all of these disadvantages, there’s one thing right around the corner that brings excitement and joy to students on just about any college campus- HOMECOMING!

Only, this is A&T’s homecoming, also known as #GHOE, also known as, THE GREATEST HOMECOMING ON EARTH, and we’re all amped! To A&T homecoming is more than just a game and a few alumni students coming back to reminisce. It’s a gathering of students from numerous schools all over the country, alumni, greek organizations, numerous parties, fun festivities every day consistently for a week, and the annual concert that many students look forward to more than the actual game.

So to prep everyone for this year’s concert I’ve curated a special playlist to catch some people up on this year’s performers and to build anticipation for others. Now, In case you’ve missed it, there have only been three performers announced thus far with more coming soon. But in the meantime, PartyNextDoor, Young Thug, and Lil Uzi Vert are the perfect artists to keep both our energy and anticipation high for the exciting concert being held on October 29.

Sit back, relax, and start preparing for the greatest homecoming on earth.

And what about those other artists that will be performing? Don’t worry, we’ll update the playlist as soon as the other performers are announced!

Aspire to inspire.
Hi everyone! I am a sophomore at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University who should be majoring in Weddings, but is actually a Journalism & Mass Communications student with a concentration in Multimedia. Originally I am from Woodbridge, Virginia, which is about 30 minutes south of our nation’s capital. I have lived here all my life, but I’m not afraid to branch out and explore the world. This past summer I studied abroad in Sydney, Australia to engage and immerse myself in Australian culture. The experience was phenomenal and I’m already counting down the days until I can return that beautiful country. Check out my Tumblr, Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook.
