Freshman year. New place. New people. You move into a tiny, hot, box with a stranger you randomly met online.

Literally though.

In “dirty pross” anything goes… People leave their doors open so people can walk by to say hello even though they really just want to see what snacks you have.

Pranks are a necessity when living in Prosser. Sometimes your bed would be found in the hallway, or your clothes hung on all the doorknobs.

Quiet hours are sometimes enforced, but if it’s 2am on a Tuesday night and you hear music, just go with it.

Saturday nights are always the time to see how many people you can fit into that tiny, hot, box without causing a fire hazard and those nights usually turn into the best nights.

Prosser is coed, so as you walk out of the shower and down the hall, in your towel, you will probably see everyone you have ever spoken to in those few steps because that’s just how the world works.

You will probably have a designated nap time with your roommate. During that time, you both close your laptops and sleep for two hours, waking up more confused than ever because it’s now dark outside.

First semester, you most likely will have an 8am class, but all you have to do is set your alarm for 7:48am and you’ll make it.

Prosser is by no means the nicest set up, but that random, stranger you met that first day in that tiny, hot box, is probably now one of your best friends.
