Bombas: Coming to Minnesota State Mankato

TOMS donates a pair of shoes for every pair sold, Love Your Melon donates a hat for every hat sold, and Warby Parker donates a pair of glasses for pair sold. In homeless shelters, socks are the number-one most requested clothing item. Bombas has a solution for that: for every pair of socks purchased, they will donate a pair. The more socks sold, the more that will be donated and the more homeless people will be given a pair.

Bombas is coming to Minnesota State Univerisity, Mankato this year. We will be partnering with a local shelter donating socks to them, as well as giving out free Bombas gear on campus through tabling events social media. Sammy is what you would call a Student Solider. She is in the Army and also a Senior at MNSU. Her major is Mass Media and her minor is Communication Studies. Shaela Nelson (pronounced Shay-la), commonly referred to as Shae, is a Junior at Minnesota State University, Mankato, majoring in marketing and minoring in entrepreneurship. Shaela enjoys being a part of many organizations on campus, volunteering with animals and randomly busting out crazy dance moves. Being from the "Land of 10,000 Lakes," you can find her enjoying the lake-life while boating, at any given time of the summer - when she's not a nanny for her favorite kiddos.
