My name is Peter Williams. I’m 19. A sophomore. And I’m from Saunderstown, Rhode Island.
How do you feel about being elected HCMMM’s Campus Cutie this week?
I’m honored, of course!
Major/Minor?
I’m a Theatre Arts major with a minor in Musical Theatre.
What’s your favorite spot on campus?
The commons. I am literally in there all day every day of the week. I love to sit and hang out with whoever may walk in.
Who is your celebrity crush?
Amanda Bynes.
If you could spend one day with your crush, what would you do?
I would probably make her reenact What A Girl Wants for me.
What is something most people don’t know about you?
If I hadn’t gone into theatre I would be in zoology or marine biology. I absolutely love animals, like an unhealthy amount.
On campus, where do you get your caffeine fix? Starbucks or the Cafe?
Starbucks 100%.
What is your go-to drink at that place?
Iced Caramel Macchiato please!
Best memory at MMC?
My initial audition for the school is actually my favorite memory. It was a really magical day and I knew immediately that, if they would have me, Marymount was the place for me to be!
Where do you see yourself in five years? Ten?
5 years: owning a dog
10 years: owning 6 dogs
What advice do you have for freshman?
Take advantage of the city! Freshman year of college in NYC is incredible, there’s so much to do right outside your door, so go do it all and don’t hold back!! (Also go to class and do your homework and all that).
