Every year I go into Passover thinking this will be easy, then about an hour later I’m already struggling… always the hardest week of my life. Now that Passover is over here are some foods to devour! Bring on the Chametz!

1. BREAD – French, Sourdough, Pumpernickel, Brioche, all of it!!

Goodbye to Matzah, hello to loaves of all shapes and sizes!

2. Pasta

I am planning to spend the next few weeks in a noodle coma.

3. Pizza

Hot cheese and bread, what’s better than that?

4. Bagels

With locks, schmear, or plain, eat them up!

5. Cookies

An actual depiction of me right when the sun went down.

6. Pretzels, Pita Chips, snacks of all kinds

One of the hardest parts of Passover is such limited snacking options, Cheez-It’s I have missed you!

7. Literally all coffee shop baked goods

Being in coffee shops during Passover is basically torture, scone anyone?

8. Mozzarella Sticks

Fried cheese is what every meal should be.

Now go forth and carb overload!
