I just watched a new video by one of my favorite youtubers named Danielle Carolan today and it really got me thinking about how we need to start being nicer to the girls around us and start to spread positivity and love to one another. Too often do we see girls tearing each other down and I, along with Danielle have decided that this needs to stop, TODAY!! Below are a few ways that you can start to spread the girl power!
1. Compliment girls!
When you see a girl whose outfit looks nice, compliment her! It is so easy to go through our day not talking to anyone, especially strangers, but we need to start taking notice to other girls around us and giving them a compliment if they deserve it! You have no idea how much one compliment can mean to a girl so always give them to help boost other girls up!
2. Do not trash talk!
Trash talking brings so much negativity, and believe me, even I want to say negative things sometimes. No matter how much you do not like someone, make sure to keep it to yourself. Its better to say nothing at all than say something mean about someone. Spreading bad vibes is something that you don’t want to do and being more positive will help you be happier as well. It will also make you seem more attractive to others because you are beaming with positivity!
3. Help a girl when she needs it!
When you see a girl somewhere who needs help, HELP HER PLEASE!!! I don’t care if you don’t like her, help her because it is the right thing to do. If a girl is alone and needs help she is at a very vulnerable position, so do us all a favor and help her out. You never know when you might be in the same position and you will be hoping that someone will help you out.
4. Learn from other girls!
Learn from other girls when you can! Girls in this world are doing big things, so take the time to learn from each other. If you see another girl who has accomplished so much, instead of being jealous of her, ask her how you can work to better yourself, so you can eventually have her success! Girls love to talk about their successes, so asking someone how to achieve more is a compliment, as well as a learning experience for you!
These were just a few of my tips for how to become more positive towards other girls and how to start spreading the girl power! I hope that you use these tips to go out and be the best person that you can be!
