My makeup routine and the products I use have lessened as I’ve gotten busier and toned it down a bit since freshman year. Here are my go-to products that I wear everyday, no matter the occasion! Note: I am not sponsored by any of these brands, I’d love that but I’m not, I bought all this makeup with my real money & all the opinions are my own.

Colourpop No Filter Matte Concealer- $6.50

When I say this concealer is sent from heaven, I mean it. I bought this when I was looking for something that wasn’t so cakey like my old foundation. I realized I don’t really use or need a full coverage foundation and I stumbled upon this at Ulta. I’ve loved it ever since. It covers my dark circles which is GREAT and it covers my zits when I’m extra stressed out. I will say that it can get a little cakey if I put too much on or I don’t have moisturizer on, so there are some cons to it but overall I love it.

Benefit Precisely, my brow eyebrow pencil- $24

I know you see the price tag and high key judge me for spending $24 dollars on it but it works so well and it gives you a natural looking brow. The packaging says that it is “budge proof” for 12 hours but I’d have to say it’s more like 8 hours. It could be because I work a lot and I’m sweating so that could affect it. Overall, I’d say this is worth the money if you’re looking into getting a new brow pencil to fill and shape your brows.

Benefit BADgal BANG! Mascara- $25

Listen, I know, you’re probably thinking “she really is out here buying a $24 eyebrow pencil and $25 mascara? And then she’s going to complain she has no money?” and you’re completely right BUT both this and the eyebrow pencil last a WHILE so I don’t have to buy new ones often okay. This mascara is literally the love of my life, it gives life to my lashes that are light and short. I love how it makes my lashes look and I’d buy it forever. (Also, they have a mini version that is $12 that I sometimes buy as well so….)

Benefit Hoola Matte Bronzer Travel Size- $16

Do you see a trend here? I spend a lot of money at Benefit. I love this bronzer, it’s perfect to contour and give your face a little glow so you don’t look like a vampire (if you’re as pale as me). I lightly dust this around my forehead, my cheekbones, and jawline to give the impression that I don’t have a complete baby face.

Colourpop Blush Stix-$8

I used to hate blush because my face would already get red enough but this blush is so cute. You put a little bit on and blend it out with your sponge or your fingers to give you a cute rosey look. This product completes my look and gives me a flawless appearance (even if I don’t have close to that).

In conclusion, these are just my faves and the ones I use everyday, I do sometimes add eyeliner or eyeshadow. Also, If anyone wants to use this as an example of why “you have to take her swimming on a first date,” don’t do that because that’s annoying, not nice, and a topic for a whole other article.
