Future Plans: I plan on going into the pharmaceutical area. As to what I specifically plan to do concerning my career, I leave that up to whatever God wants me to do with my life.
Involvement on Campus: SGA (Student Government Association)- Senator-at-Large, OBS (Organization of Black Students) – SGA Representative, APPS (Association of Pre-Pharmacy Students)- member, SNMA (Student National Medical Association), SSS, AGAPE, and the B.L.A.C.K. poets (BLACK stands for Believing Love and Cherishing Knowledge).
Celebrity Status: Current Senator-at-Large, as well as running to represent the student body next year as Senator-At-Large again. His platform consist of improving Mercer’s facilities such as the gym and the cafeteria as well as other campus areas. Eric hopes to create “Caf Day” where students could voice their opinions and suggestions concerning the cafeteria to SGA senators. A new addition to his platform that has been on his mind for a long time is that he want to create a Miss Mercer University pageant.
Final Words: “Ultimately as a Senator and as a student, I want to do my best to improve this campus for not only the students but also for the Macon community so that later generations can enjoy and see why we love Mercer University so much.”
