Junior Emily Halstead’s bubbly personality is sure to brighten anyone’s day on campus. She is a double major in Accounting and Spanish,noting that she loves the practicality of accounting and learning different languages.
She is president of Delta Sigma Pi (a business fraternity), treasurer of student for Life, a member of Newman Ministry, and an avid participant in the quiz bowl.
Emily recently traveled to Spain for one month to take classes that helped her become more fluent in Spanish.
Upon graduation, Emily hopes to obtain her Masters in Accounting and earn her CPA.
Aside from academia, Emily loves listening to Aaron Carter, hanging out with her nephew, and eating anything Chick-fil-A.
