“Pink Hijab Day and a Bake Sale for Breast Cancer Awareness” was an event held on October 24 by the McGill Muslim Student Association (MSA) to increase awareness and support for breast cancer. In this event, MSA provided pink hijabs to give those who wanted to learn more about hijabs an opportunity to ask Muslim women about their significance. The event raised $270, with the proceeds going to the Breast Cancer Foundation.
