Some days, going to the gym is just not an option and if your midterms week was anything like mine, you cmight understand. I unfortunately did not have time to go to the gym this weekend but I wanted to make sure I stayed healthy before spring break Here are five quick and easy exercises I did to stay in shape right in the comfort of my living room! Try doing these five exercises as a circuit with 10-15 reps of each!
1. Burpees – This is a good exercise to start with. It is a full body exercise and will get your heart rate pumping.

2. Tricep Dips – This exercise will hit your triceps and trust me, you will feel it! Try using a coffee table to support yourself!

3. Planks – Abs are so important ladies! Make sure to keep your stomach tight and don’t drop your booty!
