If you are someone like me, aka lazy, keeping up on your bedtime routine can be hard, especially if you want to jump right into bed after a long day of classes or work. Your nighttime skincare routine is super important, so here is a quick and easy routine anyone could do, even if you are lazy girl like me.

  1.  Remove Your Makeup: Sleeping in your makeup is so bad for your skin.  Remove your makeup with either makeup wipe or micellar water. Just using a cleanser is not enough to get all your makeup off, so make sure you do this!

  2. Wash Your Face: Seems simple, but make sure your wash your face thoroughly to get off  the rest of your makeup if you were wearing anything, and all the dirt that has built up on your face throughout the day.

  3.  Face Mask: After a long stressful day, there’s nothing better than doing a face mask to help you wind-down. Use a face mask that is good for your skin type like dry, sensitive, oily, or a combination.

  4.  Drink A Glass Of Water: Drinking water before bed can help keep your skin moisturized and looking healthy. It can also keep you hydrated during the night.

  5.  Use A Specific Skin Treatment: Using a specific skin treatment can help tailor your skincare routine to your skin type. For me, my acne spot treatment is my holy grail. I put it on every night. I also have very dry skin, so using a serum that’s moisturizing is a must for me.
