For those of you who won’t be on a beach this spring break, don’t worry because this recipe is still great to have and know about. It naturally detoxes your body by removing any toxins, while building your immune system. Some benefits of apple cider vinegar are that it increases your metabolism and energy levels, suppresses your appetite, reduces any signs of bloating, and maintains your sugar levels.

 

Now for your bikini ready method…

Mix one cup of grapefruit juice, two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and one teaspoon of raw honey (reduces the tart taste).
