While it’s great that we can be back on campus this year, it’s not so great that we actually have to put on “real” clothes to be there. As unfortunate as it is, there are still ways we can stay comfortable while looking cute (and even kinda put together) in class:

The Sweatpants and Crop Top Combo

This might be my favorite thing to wear on a day that I’m just not in the mood to dress up. It’s so easy! Grab your favorite pair of sweats and a cute solid colored crop top and you’re set! Pair it with any basic sneaker and you’re good to go. Something about the small top big pants combo is a lot more visually appealing than an entire sweats combo.

The Big Top and Leggings/Biker Shorts Combo

This is probably the easiest outfit to put together. Most colleges give out hundreds of t-shirts throughout the year; my tip is to grab them in a size or two bigger than you normally would. The look is super casual, but not too casual! If you’re more of a chill soul like me, this is the look for you.

Baggy Jeans!

You cannot go wrong with jeans, especially baggy ones! Throw away your skinny jeans and swap them for a pair of boyfriend jeans. These jeans keep you looking put together while also keeping you comfortable. I’d say they’re a close second to the Sweatpants and Crop Top Combo.

Clothes don’t have to be uncomfortable! If dressing up is your thing, go for it! But don’t knock the casual look until you try it. No one really cares what you look like in college- maybe just don’t wear sweats on a presentation day! Stay comfy ladies!
