If you’re looking to be “That Girl” in 2023 or “looking for your best version this summer,” you should definitely take a look at these astonishing fitness icons. Their at-home workouts have minimal equipment and major results, and I’m saying it from personal experience. These empowering girls saved me during quarantine and put me in my best shape. All of them are on YouTube. You just need to get up, motivate yourself and press play on your desired electronic device. 

Caroline Girvan 

First, you should check out my all-time personal favorite and the queen of HIlT workouts Caroline Girvan. She is no joke; just look at her. Her workouts will get you tired, and they hurt, but the results are impressive. Most of her workouts are 30 minutes long and require a mat and a set of dumbbells.

Lilly Sabri

For my pilates girls, you should check out Lilly Sabri. Her workouts are the best, and her vibes are immaculate; it is the perfect combo for a low-intensity workout that will help you tone for that ideal lean summer body. For most workouts, you will only need a mat and resistance band.

Christa DiPaolo

If you are more on the jumping, kicking, and boxing side, make sure you take a look at Christa DiPaolo, who is the boxing expert. Her workouts will take out all of your rages, believe me, I have been there, and it’s the best feeling ever. Her workouts are the best for when you want a stand-up and fun workout that will target your entire body. Most of her workouts can be done without equipment, but to take maximum advantage of them, Christa uses a mat, jumping rope, dumbbells, kettlebells, or resistance bands, depending on the workout.

MadFit

“If you do not like the idea of traditional exercising but you like to dance,” you should do the madfit dance workouts. Those workouts are the best. You won’t even realize you are exercising; the vibes are unique, making your day a hundred times better. For these workouts, you only need yourself and good vibes. They are fifteen minutes long, and she has many dance parties with different singers’ songs. If you are a Believer like me, don’t hesitate to do the Justin Bieber dance party workout.
