We can agree on one thing, all of us have seen those aesthetic tiktoks of girls being “that girl” where they record their day, a meal they cooked, a routine etc… These tiktoks make everything look simple, neat, and perfect. But being “that girl” is not easy. That’s why today I am bringing you the ideal step-to-step guide.

Step 1: wake up early, wake up early, and start your day right ahead. 

Step 2: get out of bed and make your bed. 

Step 3: take 10 minutes to read that book you love, or if you are like me

and don’t like to read, then do journaling. Write your desires, inspirations, and to-do list and manifest for them to come true. 

Step 4: drink a big cup of water to hydrate yourself; your skin and body will thank you. 

Step 5: change yourself and put on your workout clothes to motivate you. 

Step 6: do your skincare; you will feel more awake. 

Step 7: plan the day with everything you want and need to do. 

Step 8: exercise, do yoga, pilates, run, go for a walk, do what works best for you but make sure you move your body. 

Step 9: prepare that delicious and healthy breakfast you love to start the day with. It could be oats, yogurt with granola and fruits, avotoast, or a smoothie bowl. 

Step 10: shower and get ready to start your day, whether you are going to work or study. 

Step 11: do your everyday perfect makeup and hair routine that makes you feel powerful. 

Step 12: wear that aesthetic and beautiful outfit that makes you feel and look good in your skin. Step 13: grab that much-needed coffee and head to work.

Although I just previously gave you the step-by-step quide on the perfect “that girl routine”, it is not only about what to do or how your day looks. Being “that girl” is a mindset of eating healthy, nourishing your body, hydrating yourself, moving your body, being productive, getting done everything you want to accomplish, planning in advance, taking care of your skin and hair, and meditating, among other things. But those things can’t be achieve from night to morning. You would have to take baby steps, include one more thing every day until you can handle and accomplish all of them, take your time, and enjoy the process. The whole purpose of this is self-care, giving yourself self-love and appreciation to feel good on your skin.
