Have you ever just gone outside into the open and listened to the birds, the crickets or the frogs? If not, your should try it. There is something amazing about listening to mother natures perfectly tuned voice, the voice that brings you back to who you are and who you wish to be. Us humans are part of the balance within nature therefore one can find comfort from nature after all she is the mother to all living beings on this wonderful Earth.

We were put on this Earth for a reason, we share this place with many animals and plants, so when your frustrated just take a walk amongst nature and feel that frustration disappear piece by piece by the end you will feel relieved. Every element on this earth works together to create a balance and to me a balance means happiness and being the best version of yourself in order to achieve the very best.

Ever watched a sunrise or sunset? You most probably have but have you watched one while making a note of everything you are grateful for? If not you should give it a try, you not only seeing Mother Nature’s radiant smile shine through the sun but you are seeing life through the finest eyes, the dew on the grass, the rooster at five am, the sun shining on your magnificent body. You realize how you do have a purpose and a meaning. You experience this rush of wanting to achieve and express who you are. It’s almost like when you go somewhere new and no one knows you and it’s all about you and your life.

Nature has a power like no other! Personally there is no correct way to describe that feeling, nature is a form of therapy where you don’t speak you just watch, you become nature itself and you grow like a wildflower rare but unique. You feel that feeling start in your bones and move its way towards your heart and soon a smile on your face that you simply can-not resist.

If you have never experienced what I am talking about you should take a moment in your day to feel the love the world is full of and wants you to pass on. She is there to help you and that is what is most important.
