Study Abroad is an amazing opportunity that I knew I wanted to have as part of my college experience. The application? Not so much…
1. Looking at all the programs…
2. Whittling your list down to your top three…
3. Actually starting the application… (and feeling accomplished because you did one thing, but knowing you will procrastinate the rest until the last minute).
4. The deadline is in two weeks… Panic!
5. The weekend long application extravaganza (when you realize you have no idea what the application actually entails).
6. The three hour long phone call to your mom about health insurance, student visas, applying for a passport, etc….
7. Waiting for the Registrar’s office to send back your Transfer Course Approval Form…
8. Finally finishing the application!
Even though the application was a painful process, I know that it will all be worth it during my amazing semester abroad!
