The Stages of Room Draw

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Lasell chapter.

It’s almost time for summer break and you know what that means…ROOM DRAW!

Alright, it’s time to look for a new home.

Oh! That house might be a nice place to live! Let’s see if they have a double!

Okay, today is the day, who has the lowest lottery number?!

Oh no, someone took our room!

Let’s see if our backup is available.

Crap, somebody took that, too.

It’s okay, we can figure this out.

Wow, none of the rooms we want are available.

Why can’t we be incoming freshman again? Then we wouldn’t have to deal with this!

Sweet, this room is open!

Well, we didn’t get the room we wanted, and we’re on the complete opposite side of campus, but at least we’re together.
