10 Problems College Students Face Mid-Semester

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Lasell chapter.

It’s the middle of the semester and we barely have a month left of school. It’s packed full of work, stress, and constant thoughts in our heads. Don’t worry, fellow college students. Everyone struggles with these problems mid-semester.

“Did I finish that essay for class?”

“I don’t think I remember the last time I slept for more than four hours.”

“How many cups of coffee have I had today? Oh well, I’m getting another.”

“Oh no. Was I supposed to meet with my group today to work on our project?”

“Am I getting sick? This can’t happen.”

“When was the last time I actually ate dinner in the dining hall?”

“Wait, I had homework due today? Crap.”

“Should I skip class to work on homework, or is that too much of a risk for my attendance grade?”

“Oh god, I don’t have time to do any of this. Can I take a nap instead?”

“Cool, I can’t wait to do this all over again during finals.”
