The end of the year is close and I’m sure just about many of us are done with 2018 and waiting for 2019 to come faster. I know I am! Every time we are close to the end of the year, a sense of happiness starts to jolt through my body, ready for a new year surrounded by the people whom I love. Now what is it about the new years that makes it so special? Well, here’s what happens to be my favorite part of the new year’s celebration.
The food!!!
Depending on where you go to celebrate the new year, I always end up at a friend’s house, and I must say, the food through the years has never disappointed. Not only are they good, but they’re decorated in a cute new year’s way.
The fashion
Being able to dress in whatever festive attire you have, and look like an absolute boss stepping into 2019.
The amazing decorations
Wherever you are, there are always lights and decorations set up somewhere, and they always take me aback at how incredibly creative and festive the decorations appear.
The excitement of a new year
I have a love / hate relationship with the anticipation I get waiting for the new year. Being excited and anxious ready for the new year to come faster.
And of course, being around the people you love most, ready to enter the new year. It’s exciting to count backwards from 10, ready to ring in the new year with your favorite people.
