October is filled with spooky activites and the excitement of fall. People are so overwhelmed by October that they forget how awesome November is. Here are some of my favorite things about this month.
Daylight Savings
Times falls back! I personally love the shorter days and longer nights. That extra hour is exactly what we need at this point in the semester. It is a hassle changing around all the alarm clocks, though.
KU Basketball
Basketball reigns supreme at KU. Get ready for a basketball game every week during November. ROCK CHALK!
Thanksgiving
The one holiday where it is socially acceptable to eat copious amounts of delicious food. My favorite memories of Thanksgiving are created around food and TV. It’s a day to truly appreciate your family and indulge in some football!
Holiday Sales
Deck the halls. Get ready for Christmas cheer and the amazing holiday sales! Who doesn’t love the sales on Black Friday?
