Kent in the fall is absolutely beautiful and there’s no denying that. The changing leaves, the constant aroma of pumpkin spice in the air, and the cool atmosphere have always made fall my—as well as many others’—favorite season. But here in Northeast Ohio, it can be pretty difficult to plan your outfits around the weather, considering how varied it can be. Rain boots
Northeast Ohio in the fall means rain, rain, and more rain because this season is the precursor to the snowy winter we have to look forward to come December. I never imagined how much I would need these when I moved to Kent freshman year, but after a couple of weeks of water-soaked shoes, I can honestly say they were one of my best decisions I made that semester. I know the first brand that typically comes to mind for rain boots is Hunter, but here are some options that won’t break the bank.

Being from Texas, I never understood how crazy the winters could get in the northern states. So coming to Ohio my freshman year, I was in shock when I had to put aside my pride and actually buy a pair in early November.
