Woke up late and have 5 minutes to put your face together? No problem! Doing your makeup in 5 minutes is possible, because I do it almost every day in college. Who doesn’t love sleep? Don’t choose between sleeping in and looking good, because you can do both! Here are 5 products in 5 minutes to make you look put together in no time:

1. Foundation

Choose a powder foundation that has color and coverage. What I mean by this is, if you choose a translucent powder, they come with no coverage. When shopping for a powder, find key words like ‘full coverage’, ‘foundation’, or ‘base’. When I’m in a rush, I go straight to powder foundation such as MAC Studio Careblend Pressed Powder.

2. Blush

I’ve never seen someone who doesn’t look pretty with blush on. I always say if I had to pick one makeup product to put on my face, it would be blush. Blush makes you look awake and put together, plus it is fast and easy to apply. I have always liked any Bare Minerals blush, but you can’t go wrong with drugstore brands when it comes to picking out a blush. Stick with powder blush for a faster application, but if you’re feeling risky, try a crème blush for longer lasting results.

3. Eyebrow Gel

I was blessed with thick, full brows so I can get away with just sweeping a gel across them for a natural look. After the powder is applied all over the face, the eyebrows need to be brought out again and brow gel is the fast way to go. I use Anastasia Beverly Hills Tinted Brow Gel in Espresso and Maybelline and Essence are drugstore brands that also carries great dupes.

4. Mascara

Mascara is essential! Putting on mascara instantly changes your face. Try to find a mascara that has an easy applicator and achieves the look you want in only 1 or 2 coats. I’ve been loving It Cosmetics Hello Lashes but you can’t go wrong with Maybelline mascaras or L’Oréal mascaras.

5. Lip Balm/ Gloss

I know I always must have something on my lips, whether it’s just balm or gloss. Adding a touch of color to the lips wraps up the face nicely and completes the look. I’ve always loved the BUXOM lip glosses because if their minty feel on the lips.
