Fall is finally here to bring you cool breezes and pumpkin spiced everything! Also means you can pull out all of your cozy clothes fit for the colder weather coming soon. Since fashion week started a few days ago, why not try a trend or two to refresh your wardrobe. From long-lined trench coats to platform boots, there is something for everyone to try and rock this season. Here are a few to add to your fall fashion wear!

1. OPAQUE TIGHTS

Why pack away your cute dresses and skirts when you can pair them with opaque tights. They range in different colors and can be found in nudes to match your skin tone for the illusion of skin. It is a stylish way to wear your spring/summer clothes while staying warm from the cold weather.

2. Platform boots

Not only do they add to your height if your vertically challenged like myself, but they are comfortable and stylish with denim jeans or even a skirt. They are practical as well when it comes to getting through the snow if you live in areas that see that type of weather on a yearly basis.

3. Pleated skirts

These type of skirts have seem to make their way around this year during the warmer seasons, so why not make it a year-round trend? Pleated skirts come in different styles outside of the usual plaid, so they are easy to dress up or down depending on the occasion. I personally love this trend and might have bought too many.

4. COLOR

Browns, black, and other typical fall colors are great, but why give up those pastels and neons because of a seasonal switch. Many companies such as Wild Fable which can found at your local Target are making winter clothing in bright colors and funky patterns as one would see in the Spring/Summer collection. So, do not say goodbye to color and embrace it for this season as well.

5. Puffer coats

You need to keep warm for the winter, so why not grab a new coat. Puffer coats are insulated and quite stylish with the many different designs they come in as well as length. So, you can wear it with everything and it will not clash with your outfit while staying warm for the season.

These are only a few trends to look into and try out for yourself, but there is plenty more out there to see. Trying making a Pinterest board of styles that pique your interest or window shopping to find pieces to add to your wardrobe. There is something out there for everyone!
