On February 3, 2016 a group of students at Keiser University organized a Salsa Night to help the Guadalupe Project. The project consists of raising funds to help the elder of San Marcos, the fundraising is done to buy food for these elders that cannot afford it, and the food is given to them every friday.  The night was characterized by good music, amazing dancing skills, and a lot of fun! Several students participated and they all danced showing off their dance moves, there were two dancing contests. The first contest was opened for the public and the second contest was only for the members of the salsa club, the professionals. There were two judges and two winners in each competition.  The event was well organized, and all of the Keiser family supported the cause, it was a very succesful night.

I am a Sophomore in Keiser University Latin American Campus, and my major is Political Science. I enjoy reading, writing, and playing volleyball. I love Nicaragua, my favourite place is Granada because of it's rich culture, and vibrant colors. My favourite singer is Halsey, and her album Badlands is definitely my favourite album. I love having new opportunities, I am a risk taker, and I really enjoy taking on new adventures. Right now, I am enjoying the ride and I am learning new things every day!
