What Trend will Have a Re-Birth Next?

Many old trends have recently come back in style. Blown-out 90s curls, mom jeans, tote bags, 90s y2k fashion, claw clips, curtain bangs, and many more.

So to that, I ask this question: What’s coming back next?

I think it’s going to be thin eyebrows.

I know this is a very bold guess, but thin eyebrows were all the rage in the 90s. Kate Moss, Christina Aguilera, Gwyneth Paltrow, Megan Fox, Jessica Alba, and so many more participated in this trend.

One reason why thin eyebrows might be having a comeback is because of the new Hulu show called “Pam & Tommy”. This show took the world by storm, with many having controversial opinions about it, due to the fact the show did not receive Pamela Anderson’s approval. However, one thing that almost everyone can agree on is how stunning Lily James is, as she portrays Pamela Anderson in the series. Lily James is a stunning actress in general, but she had to do a lot to look as close to Pam as possible. Lily James had to wear many prosthetics to play the part, one of which included covering her forehead. This forehead prosthetic was used to cover up James’ naturally thick eyebrows so that they could create thin eyebrows for the look. Pam Anderson rocked a lot of trends that have recently come back like blown-out 90s curls and curtain bangs. So what’s to say the thin eyebrows she has won’t make a comeback?https://www.popsugar.com/beauty/lily-james-prosthetics-pamela-anderson-48704644

As we know, Tik Tok is one of the most popular apps, as of right now, and that’s how many people are connecting. This app is the starting point for many makeup and style trends we can see on a day-to-day basis. There are two new Tik Tok filters/trends that are extremely popular right now and they are the thin eyebrow filter (labeled as ‘Thin Eyebrows’) and the Pam Anderson makeup-inspired filter (labeled as ’90s Pam Makeup’). There have been 167.4k videos using the thin eyebrow filter and there have been 185.1k videos using the Pam Anderson makeup-inspired filter, so far. These filters have gone so viral that I do think thin eyebrows totally have a chance of becoming all the rage again.

It would only make sense that we have another intense eyebrow trend, especially after getting out of the super thick 2017 brows. I guess time will tell! My only advice is, to try to make sure you’re going to be happy with the results before you take a tweezer to those eyebrows!
