Looking for something to do with your friends off of campus? Gap View Ranch and Kennel is definitely worth checking out!

Gap View is home to beautiful Golden Retrievers that you can visit with and pet– the perfect de-stresser after a long week of classes. The ranch is owned by the dogs’ breeders and JMU students are encouraged to visit! From newborn pups to full grown adults, all of their dogs are craving some love and affection, and who better than a JMU student to visit with them.

 

Located in the beautiful landscape of Broadway, Virginia; Gap View Ranch and Kennel is about 30 minutes from campus and is totally worth making the trip! However, make sure to call ahead to schedule an appointment before visiting so the owners know when you are coming. Also, Gap View asks all visitors to bring along $5 cash or check as a donation to the kennel.
