‘Add more ~ing To Your Life!’

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at JMU chapter.

Are you looking for some motivation in your life? Finding yourself at a low point? Then look no further than your new guardian angel, Gabrielle Bernstein!

Gabrielle is a motivational speaker, life coach, author and founder of HerFuture.com, a social networking and mentoring website for women. Gabrielle’s first book is called, Add more –ing to Your Life: A Hip Guide to Happiness. This book has truly become my bible. A New York native, Gabrielle discusses her own personal struggles that led her to become the person she is today. Through her personal accounts and stories of the women she has coached, Gabrielle shows you how to make happiness a way of life.

The book is designed to release all negative thought patterns and create personal change through positive affirmations, physical activity and visualization meditation. Gabrielle guides the reader to happiness in 30-days through her dynamic “~ing Equation,” a proven method of sharpening one’s insightful senses and activating untapped inspiration.

Gabrielle prepares you to alter your life by entering a state of “flow” helping you connect with you ~ing (inner guide). I have found this book to be a very therapeutic read. Her words are easy to relate to and comforting to listen to.

Once you have added more ~ing to your life, continue your spiritual readings with Gabrielle’s newest read. In Gabrielle’s latest book, which I have yet to read but look forward to exploring,  Spirit Junkie: A Radical Road to Self- Love and Miracles, she shares the story of how Gabrielle transformed her life, offering her spiritual journey as a guidebook for overcoming fear, changing perceptions, and creating a life you’re psyched to wake up for.
