As you all must know by now, it was SPRING FAIR WEEKEND!!!! And with Spring Fair came awesome food! There were several food trucks and stands from pad thai and thai tea, to funnel cakes and fried Oreos! Here’s a list of the most popular foods/stands over the weekend:
- Steamed Buns (It’s an Asian-inspired sandwich and it is soooo good!)
- Chicken on stick (but I think chicken on a stick might be better…)
- Jerk Chicken at the Jamaican food truck
- Gyros at B’more Greek
- Frozen Strawberry smoothies (to die for!)
- Funnel cakes, fried Oreos, fried candy bars (fried everything honestly!)
- Pad Thai, Lo-mein, fried rice
- Ribs
There was so much more delicious food and we hope you were able to try some!
