Fall Motivation

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Jefferson chapter.

Whether it be the chilly weather, the crunch of the leaves under your shoes, or the ability to put on a sweatshirt and enjoy the warmth without sweating profusely, these are arguably some of the greatest things the fall season has to offer. Despite the gorgeous views that autumn brings, students are crunching as quickly as leaves to study for their midterm exams. It seems as if the work load never stops and the concept of taking a break seems non-existent.

Here are some motivational quotes to follow as a rule of thumb to get through your exams and enjoy the fall season:

It can feel as if no matter how hard you study for an exam or try your best with a situation, it seems as if things will never go your way. Those who work the hardest will ultimately face the greatest success. https://www.pinterest.com/explore/motivational-health-quotes/

There’s nothing better than finding comfort in the Harry Potter series. Perhaps you didn’t receive a grade on an exam as high as you would have hoped, for it is not the end of the road. Even if you are finding an obstacle in everything you have come to face, there is always going to be a light at the end of the tunnel.

Finding solace in a book, movie, sport, or television series can be great stress relievers and outlets to channel in times of difficulty. Remember to always make time for yourself, even if it is just five minutes a day to realize that you are worth it. At the end of the day, you are essentially your own worst enemy, for things like doubt and fear are clouding your ability to succeed. Autumn is the season of change, why not change into the best version of yourself?
