Style Feature: Leggings as Pants

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at JCU chapter.

The best way to style leggings is to find shirts, tops or sweaters that are long enough to cover the rear. Free flowing tops or structured blouses with sweaters and scarves also work well.

One style trick when wearing leggings is to wear black shoes with black leggings, as this will make you look slimmer (who doesn’t love that!) and elongate your legs. Next time you’re wearing leggings, you can also try playing with blacks and browns and tying the whole outfit together with a colorful scarf or fun hair accessory.  Here’s an example!
