Fall into Fall with these 10 trends

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at HWS chapter.

1. Anything Fringe

70’s are back! Whether it may be on your skirt, vest, or bag, fringe automatically makes a hot statement making you look cool and fashionable.

2. Jean Skirts

I think we can all agree we are happy this trend came back from the 90’s-00’s. Jean skirts look great as mini’s and ripped up. Add  a cool belt and a hat to make the look go the extra mile.

3. Statement Earrings

With hair pulled back into a pony or down, statement earrings immediatly say style!

4. Tights

Add to any solid outfit to make it more fun. They can keep your legs warm while looking fabulous.

5. Skinny Scarves

A new trend that looks edgy yet effortless. These just simply make you look cool without trying too hard. Try it out!

6. Plaid

A fun and timeless pattern. Pair with solids to make it really pop!

7. Mini Skirts

These look good no matter what top or sweater you wear with it. Pair with sky high boots, tights, and a chunky sweater for chillier days.

8.  Flare Pants

Hottest thing this fall hands down. Either go dramatic flare or skinny flare (shown below) this trend is one that everyone is wearing this fall. Tip: wear these with a heel to make your legs look extra long!

9. Chunky Knits

Can you say cozy? These don’t only keep you warm but also have an effortless style perfect for the chilly weather headed for us.

10. Sky High Boots

Not only do these come in handy for warmth but also make your legs look super long. With heels or no heels these bad boys always turn heads, especially if worn with a skirt and fun tights!

11. Suede

Just like fringe, suede is another versatile trend. Shirt, skirt, jacket or bag, doesn’t matter how you wear it because it always looks naturally chic.
