Easter Festivities You Need to Try

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Holy Cross chapter.

Easter is coming up and attached below are some fun ideas and meals to celebrate!

  • Gather your friends together for a girls’ day easter egg hunt! Have everyone get eggs and fill them with each other’s favorite candy and gifts such as nail polish, earrings, beaded string bracelets, rings, and cute little erasers
  • Bring family and friends together and dye eggs
  • Set up a photoshoot outside with pastel colors
  • Create a spring playlist
  • Decorate the house and outside with pastel balloons and garlands
  • Bake some tasty Easter treats like carrot cake, cupcakes with Easter designs, sugar cookies, etc.
  • Make birds nests out of Rice Krispy treats and Cadbury mini eggs
  • Make an Easter candy charcuterie board with Cadbury mini eggs, jelly beans, chocolate bunnies, and Marshmallow-peeps!
  • Bake Cadbury mini egg cookies/brownies
  • Make some cute little Bunny faced pancakes
  • Make deviled eggs
  • Make a colorful fruit salad
  • To make your drinks cute and fun, add Marshmallow-peeps as a drink topper, colorful straws, and pastel sprinkles around the rims!

Easter is a great time to come together with friends and family to celebrate the holiday and each other. Spend the day enjoying the warm weather and the start of spring. Even if you do not celebrate Easter it is still a good time to check in with your friends and family and spend quality time with them.
