Try These Smoothies

Here are three super quick and easy-to-make smoothies to try. The instructions for all three treats are really very simple: toss everything into your blender and enjoy! Pro tip: You can turn these into smoothie bowls by adding nuts, fruit, berries, granola, shredded coconut - or really, whatever you like -on top!


The Cinnanmon Banana

- 1 ripe banana

- cinnamon to taste

- almond or coconut milk

This one is the easiest possible smoothie one can have!


The Green Delight

- 1 stalk of celery

- 1 leaf of kale (optional)

- 1 lime

- coconut water

- 1 banana

- frozen mango (to taste)

- fresh ginger (optional)

Healthy, yummy, energising! Enjoy this smoothie with your lunch; it's not super fulfilling but will energise you for sure!


The After Workout Bomb

- 2 scoops of protein powder (chocolate of vanilla flavoured)

- 1 tsp of unsweetened cacao powder

- 1 banana

- almond or oat milk

- 1 tsp of coconut oil or peanut butter

This one has the protein, fats and quick carbs to help you recover! Enjoy after a proper workout.
