FUN FACT: Did YOU know that on the UH Manoa Campus we have Greek Organizations? UH has less than the mainland college campuses but there are a few, and this week is GREEK WEEK!
What’s Greek Week? It is a fun-filled week full of challenges amongst all sororities and fraternities. Here at UH Manoa we only have 2 sororities, and about 3 fraternities. Each day is a new event and the winner at the end of the week gets bragging rights; it is also a fun time to bond with one another. Here is the week’s schedule:
Monday:
What? Banner Reveal – each organization created a banner to hold up for their greek organization throughout the week.
Where? Campus Center.
When? 7:00 pm.
Tuesday:
What? Cards Against Humanity – a fun game similar to Apples to Apples BUT the adult version. It’s really fun to just make-up things.
Where? Starbucks Campus Center.
When? 6:00 pm
Wednesday:
What? Volleyball Tournament
Where? Student Dorms Volleyball Courts. Venue is bound to change but you will be informed.
When? 6:00 pm
Thursday:
What? Campus Scavenger Hunt
Where? Starbucks Campus Center
When? 6:00 pm
Friday:
What? SONGFEST! This is one of the best nights because each Greek is given an artist and they can compile their songs together and sing them, dance them, and maybe add their own twist to it.
Where? J.F.K Theater
When? 6:00 pm
This week is going to be exciting, and people who are not in these Greek Organizations are still MORE then welcome to stop by, hang out, and see what these challenges are all about.
