The Apps You Need to Be THAT Girl!

So it’s 2022, and we are all about putting in the work to become THAT girl we know we are deep down. That girl exudes kindness, growth, and confidence and walks without all the stress, and exhaustion of responsibilities. We also know it is going to take some hard work! Here are a few apps that can become a part of your daily and weekly routines.

Mint: Budget Planner & Tracker

The Mint app is a lifesaver and a money saver. It will take your stress over finances and teach you over time financial literacy. Whether you are a freshman who only has one bank account and it is overseen by your parents or alumni who are looking to organize incoming bills, credit score, and balancing taxes for the first time, or a parent dealing with the stress of taxes, balancing properties, loans, and investments. Mint is your personal financial educator and organizer for free.

Calm: Sleep & Meditation

If you want to be THAT girl we will have to find a way to bring our emotions to the front and care for our anxiety and anger. Once that is done we can ensure our happiness and peace only increase.

Calm allows you to channel deeper into yourself, it takes your hand and guides you through the steps on meditation, motivational tips, and calming music. It gives you a center to come back to daily or weekly with coaches, calming sounds, breathing exercises, and a community where you will know you’re not alone. Calm, I can say is one of the best meditation practicing apps because you can use it and not subscribe for a subscription in order to get what you need from the app.

One Good Thing A Day

This app challenges and encourages you to reflect on the good things. Simply remind you to write down one or more of the things that make you smile daily. With a cute aesthetic calendar and push notifications it teaches users to show gratitude daily and allows you to look back over the past so easily in the calendar and all in one spot.

Food Network Kitchen

What you put in your body matters! Our health is most important because it fuels our glow, vibe, and confidence, so this app is a necessity and can be used daily. You choose what you want to eat just by searching for what you’re feeling.

Food Networking Kitchen app can be used for any meal and allows you to grow your palette to create and modify meals to be healthy. They have a few healthy categories that once clicked on show an aptitude for different meals and snacks that are healthy. Along with that category, there are some called quick & easy, 20-minute, basic dinner just to name a few. The category feature is cool but my favorite has to be the recipes by ingredients feature, this allows you to pick the ingredients you have and then the app will filter out different meals you can easily cook up.

All of the apps throughout this article will guide you to become THAT girl you deserve to be this year; from healthy eating to managing your money to reminding you to enjoy the little things. Every app can help you modify your daily or weekly routines to further better yourself this year or these apps can be the foundation of new healthy habits for you. Allowing you to personalize a lifestyle within the app and then show off to whoever you please how you have bossed up for the betterment of yourself.
