Having a brand and a vision can be one of the most rewarding and challenging things in your life. I think what most women suffer from is being confident in what they want to do with their business. A lot of self-doubt and hesitation comes from outside people, who may not understand what the purpose of your brand may be.

So, today we are going to talk about how you as an entrepreneur and girl boss can stay confident within your brand/vision.

The first thing you should definitely come to terms with is “Not everyone is going to see the vision that God has given you and that’s ok!”

Many times as human beings we tend to rely on other human sanctification, when most of the time that’s not the case. If God is giving you a sign or calling to launch a business, or create a brand you NEED to do it. Every person has their own unique way of thinking; so the way you may picture your business in your head may not be the same depiction another person may see. Learn how to be content in your own ideas and path and stay firm in what you believe in.

Remember this scripture, “God is within her she will not fall”- Psalms 46:5

Once you have become content with your business venture, now it’s time to sit down and think-

“Why do I want to launch this brand and who will it impact?”

When you can identify who and how your business/brand will affect others then you will see a drastic change in your confidence. By sitting down and writing the pros of creating your brand, you will start to see that the business is more than self gratification; but you are launching something that has the potential to help x,y, and z. No matter what type of business you want to launch take time to create a list of ways in which the business is helping more than yourself. Most brands come from a personal place, use that to your ability- tell your story and why creating this company will help others in the future.

Lastly, When you believe in yourself- that will shine within your brand.

We are our own biggest critics, today with girls as young as the age of eight starting their own businesses and brands it is very easy to start doubting yourself. In order to be a successful Girl Boss, you have to believe in yourself. No one is going to want to support or buy anything from you if you aren’t confident in what you are advertising. Be bold and be confident in your business; I guarantee you will see a boost in sales and you will also start to feel more confident in the success you bring to the table.

Don’t be discouraged when others don’t understand your business vision, just remember to stay positive and furthermore believe in what you are doing.

Of course confidence takes a while to build up, but here is a quote to help keep you motivated in your vision…

“Forget all the reasons why it won’t work and believe the one reason why it will.” – Anonymous
