Postering Day at GW!

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at GWU chapter.

Since GW is such a politically active school, it makes sense that student elections would be a highlight of the school year. Students can choose to run for President, Undergraduate at Large, Senator of their particular school, and several other positions.

Because elections are next week, postering occurred this week on campus. All candidates hung up fliers advertising their campaign on Phillips Hall, The Marvin Center, and around campus, hoping to harness more attention. This is a huge day for candidates because it publicizes their campaign and makes it more official.

Campaign videos and information about each candidate is available online at Choose Your GW so everyone on campus can be more aware of who is looking to help run the school! Before voting, try to learn more about each candidate so the best people for the jobs are elected. Don’t forget to vote February 22nd and 23rd at gwelection.com!
