Basic, but still cute.
1. Fruit salad
Grab some friends, an oversized tee (we know you have at least five), and create a little hat out of construction paper for the stem. Each person can go as a different fruit, and together you’re a totally sweet fruit salad.
2. Your favorite, stylish TV character
For me, this includes the iconic Rachel Green from Friends. Throw on your trendiest mini skirt, a cute sweater, and maybe talk about your love affair with Paulo. For something more quirky, add a little apron to mimic her cute barista outfit!
3. Any cute animal
This is definitely the most basic costume, but it’s honestly the easiest. Wear an all black ensemble, complete with a pair of ears and maybe a bit of face makeup, like a nose and whiskers. You might be one of the six people dressed as a cat, but at least you look mad cute.
4. Cute cactus
All the costume requires is a green shirt, a fabric marker, and brown pants. Take the shirt, draw on a few little prickles, and put everything on! You’ll be warm, cute, and if any drunk people come to close to you, tell them they better watch out or you’ll prick them. Foolproof.
5. Frat boy
Show up to your Halloween party looking like one of the bros. Wear a polo, salmon-colored shorts, and some Sperrys. Add a football or solo cup prop to really complete the look. If you’re really into it, draw on a wimpy mustache with some eyeliner.
