  •  Any Bath Bomb

Lush has a wide variety of bath bombs anywhere from “Intergalactic” to “Cheer up Buttercup”. While I’m partial to “Avobath”, each bath bomb has its own unique fragrance that you can immerse yourself in while you relax in your tub after a long day. Not only do these products smell heavenly, they leave you feeling refreshed and watching them fizz in the water is pretty mesmerizing. I wouldn’t recommend using them often, as the perfume and dye don’t mix well with the body’s natural pH (I’m talking “down there”), but they can be a nice way to treat yourself every so often –you can also save yourself some dough by cutting one in half to be used twice! (Prices vary)

  • Charity Pot

Charity Pot is a body lotion made with rosewood oils and a cocoa butter base. It moisturizes well and leaves a faint touch of perfume on the skin. While it is a bit oily, it helps support a great cause as 100% of the price (minus taxes) is donated to charitable projects around the world. The money helps support animal welfare, environmental conservation, and human rights organizations. Just remember to test a patch of it on your skin first to check for an allergic reaction! ($7.95/50g)

  • Cup O’ Coffee Face and Body Mask

This is probably my favourite face mask from Lush, and I don’t even drink coffee! The scent alone makes me feel perkier (it really does smell like freshly brewed coffee) and it gives you that little boost you need to get through the day. This mask is good for purifying your pores and acts as an exfoliator by gently scrubbing off dry skin. Another quality that I love about this product is that it lasts longer than some of Lush’s other masks, as it doesn’t need to be refrigerated. This product is a great option if you’re looking to wake yourself up in the morning without having to chug a hot cup of real coffee. I’ve also used it to scare my roommates since the rich, dark colour of it tends to throw people off the first time they see it – dual purpose!  ($11.95/150g)

  • Ectoplasm

This is a new Halloween featured item and as ghostly as it sounds, the only thing scary about this item is the price. It seems costly for such a tiny container, but it is well worth it. While ectoplasm comes in different forms (shower cream, jelly bomb, etc.), my favourite is the solid perfume. It has a citrus scent that lasts about 3 hours on the skin after being rubbed in. Even sparingly, the jar lasts a few months and is small enough to carry around in your bag for re-applying. It can also be used on hair or beards for moisturizer and leaves a gentle aroma. Grab one while they’re still in stores! ($8.95/6g)

  • Scrubee

Small but mighty, this shower scrub with ground almonds and coconut buffs your skin and leaves a smooth feel afterwards. I was hesitant at first to purchase the Scrubee because I already apply skin cream after I shower, but this product eliminates this extra step by doing the work for you. I highly recommend this product (especially for those with dry skin like myself) as it smells divine and makes your skin feel incredibly soft. ($7.95/90g)
