How To Prepare For Spring Break Within A Month!!!

It is almost that time of the month again and I don’t mean the overly painful stomach muscular spasm that happens every month. I am talking about something that is a little bit more nerve wracking. . . preparing for Spring Break!

                                

 

Spring Break is literally a month away and finding the perfect bathing suit to flaunt in on the beach is becoming more of a concern. Not to mention trying to get in shape for the swimsuit you are about to showcase like it is a fashion show. Many will try to start their one month diet or fitness plans to try to recuperate before the day comes and others will probably say forget it, it is too late. I am here to tell you my anonymous friend that it is not to late . It never is.

 

Finding the time and the right workout schedule can be hectic. I understand and totally agree, especially a month or two before your designated goal day. But here is a monthly schedule that requires no equipment, solely just you and dedication. Hopefully you will  be satisfied with the results come the day of Spring Break.

 

Planks And V- UP

  • For 4 weeks you will do planks and V-up’s for 4 days a week. The duration for each of these exercises will be 3 minutes each. After day 1 you will skip a day which will be day 2 and this is rest day. After day 2 you will continue with your regular planks and v-ups for days 3 and 4. On day 5 you will rest again and start back up on day 6. Day 7 will be another day of rest. This schedule should continue for the rest of the month.

 

  • Your schedule should look a little something like this :

        -Day 1 : Abs

        -Day 2: Rest

        -Day 3: Abs

        -Day 4: Abs

        -Day 5: Rest

        -Day 6: Abs

        -Day 7: Rest

 

If you feel the need to rearrange the schedule or to add on any new exercise by any means do what is necessary for you. Even if you do not plan to participate, tell a friend to tell a friend. This could perhaps help anyone who is looking for a quick ab exercise schedule before spring break! Whatever you decide to do for this Spring Break have fun, enjoy your time of relaxation, and be safe.
