We’ve all heard of the Superbowl. Some of us even may watch it and know who’s playing this year. But, traditionally the Superbowl is a “guy thing.” With beer, chicken wings, and nachos being the primary things on the menu, many of us girls tend to stray away. Not this time. This year the Superbowl has expanded its audience to the other (better) sex by associating itself with fashion. As stated on the Bloomingdales website: “The Council of Fashion Designers of America formed an elite squad of top designers to dream up 48 bespoke helmets that put the fantasy in football.” These one of a kind helmets are up for grabs in an online auction (though they are a little out of a collegiette’s price range…) and all of the proceeds go to the National Football League Foundation.
