Caroline Stout-COL 13’

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Georgetown chapter.

Caroline Stout has certainly made her mark at Georgetown in her four years as an undergrad in the college. Not to be outdone, Caroline is majoring in economics, minoring in cognitive science and Spanish and also has a pre-med concentration.

On campus, she is involved in a wide range of activities. She is currently a Caroll Fellow, Baker Scholar and-captain of the triathlon team.  As a Caroll Fellow she mentors a group of sophomore fellows and she is the co-chair of the Marketing Committee for Baker Scholars. She has certainly been able to find her niche in a number of impressive organizations and has taken advantage of the great opportunities that Georgetown has to offer!

When she isn’t running triathlons or studying in Lau, Caroline can be found cooking or hiking. She also loves working with dogs, and volunteered at an animal shelter in high school where she trained dogs in basic obedience and agility so they would become more easily adopted.

What does Caroline hope to do after college you might wonder? She is hoping to do something entrepreneurial that combines medicine and business. Outside of work, she would like to spend time traveling abroad and hopes to someday adopt a Border Collie named Boots!

Caroline is an inspirational Hoya and definitely deserving of Georgetown celebrity status!

Catherine Murphy is a junior at Georgetown University.  She is majoring in Marketing in Georgetown's McDonough School of Business.  She is also planning on completing minors in English and Sociology.
