A UFO phenomenon has captured Americans since the 50s. Now, more than ever, information regarding aliens has leaked to the public due to social media. Recently, there’s been a lot of buzz about alleged UFOs. There have been pictures, videos and claims from military officials that aliens do exist. Whether or not you believe these claims, the information comes from very credible sources, which brings up the question: Can we believe that aliens exist, and have they come to planet Earth already?

Ex-Israeli Head of Military Space Operations Haim Eshed claims that aliens have come into contact with high-ranking officials in the United States. In an interview, he declared that “humanity isn’t ready” for contact with the outside world. Eshed asserted that aliens are already on Earth but continue to hide due to the fear of not being accepted by humans. The aliens have reportedly created a “Galactic Federation” and are waiting for their chance to welcome us into their clan.

Eshed declared that President Donald Trump knows about these aliens and The Galactic Federation. Supposedly, the President is on the brink of telling the country about the newfound UFOs but keeps this information secret as to not create “mass hysteria.” Trump has yet to comment on these claims, but a spokesperson for NASA held a press conference after Eshed’s statements and explained, “Although we have yet to find signs of extraterrestrial life, NASA is exploring the solar system and beyond to help us answer fundamental questions, including whether we are alone in the universe.” Eshed has yet to comment on NASA’s statement.

Eshed’s claims have not been the only alien news this week. Two photos have surfaced from the Pentagon’s task force recently, allegedly of aliens. Both pictures were taken by pilots and depict unidentified flying objects next to the planes. One photo, taken in 2018, shows a silver cube-like object. No claim has been made on what the vessel could be. Another photo, taken this year, is a triangle with white lights in each corner. A picture circling the internet currently is an artist’s rendition of the original photograph taken in 2020.

The Department of Defense has weighed in on the recent leaking of photographs. Sue Gough, Defense Public Affairs Operations, commented, “I have nothing for you on that. I am not going to comment on whether something was or was not in a classified intelligence report.” The Pentagon has not responded to any other requests for comment.

To add credibility to these claims, The Pentagon established an Unidentified Ariel Phenomena Task Force (UAPTF) led by the Navy. The news surfaced in August of this year and has yielded promising results, including the recent photographs. On the official website of the U.S. Department of Defense, the goal of UAPTF is “to detect, analyze and catalog UAPs that could potentially pose a threat to U.S. national security.”

UFOs have and perhaps always will be a mystery. But with so many claims and photographic evidence, it’s hard to get the question out of your mind: do aliens exist?
