Podcasts have recently become more up and coming than ever. They’re a great way to plug in to something while walking to class, eating a meal alone, or even at the gym! Lauren and Michael (dream couple) interview a variety of experts in multiple fields. From CEOs to plastic surgeons to editors in chief- they have it all. On this podcast, Lauren and Michael use these interviews to give insight on certain health trends, and if they are actually beneficial or not. This podcast is great because not only do you get a ton of tips on living a healthy lifestyle and self-care but, also plenty of scientific facts and reasoning behind health trends.
