Holiday Contest Winner!

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Fordham chapter.

Congrats to our winners, Bianca Batis-Gelpi and Jillian Minahan! Check out their awesome Christmas decorations:

This is what Bianca had to say about their room: My roommate Jillian and I both live in room 201 (a tower room) in O’Hare Hall. We’re depressed because we are part of the few upperclassmen in our dorm, and figured we’d spruce up our room with holiday festivities for Christmas.

We won our floor’s decorating contest, and we used wrapping paper as a background, with a big “Noel” sign, as well as stockings and christmas lights. We also threw some santas up there just for the heck of it. We strung up some garlands with glass balls from our ceiling, and put lights up around our little nook area since we have a tower room. We also have snowflake decals on the windows, as well as a Christmas tree. Just want to get into the Christmas spirit while being miserable about finals!
