Halloween is right around the corner, and in the midst of midterms, I’m sure the last thing on your mind is what you are going to be dress up as. Rather than going out and buying a costume, it is so much easier to DIY a costume. Here are some last minute costume ideas that you can probably create with items you already have.

Regina George

This is one of the fastest and easiest costumes to throw together. You probably have each of the following items in your closet right now. Some assembly is required though– grab a pair of scissors, cut two holes into a tank top and there you go, you’re Regina George!

Uniqlo Airism Tank Top

Victoria’s Secret Perfect Coverage Bra

H&M Circle Skirt

Steve Madden Selene Heel

50’s Housewife

Last Halloween, this costume was all over my social media. All you need is a dress (preferably polka dotted), an apron, a pearl necklace, and a pair of rubber kitchen gloves. It’s super simple, and you can still look really cute.

Walmart Vintage Style Swing Dress

Kmart Cotton Black Apron

American Pearl Akoya Pearl Necklace

Casabella Premium Rubber Gloves

Rocker Chick

This is pretty simple outfit that you can throw together with the clothes that you already have. Layer on some chokers, grab your favorite band tee, and draw on the thickest eyeliner that you possibly can.

H&M Biker Jacket

Topshop Supersize Fishnet Tights

Topshop Led Zeppelin Tour T-Shirt

Bodycandy Horseshoe Clip On Septum Ring

Boohoo Stretch Skinny Jean

Tourist

Grab your selfie stick and your sunscreen, you’re going on vacation! This is another easy and super funny costume idea.

Patagonia Island Hemp Shorts

RayBan Wayfarer Sunglasses

AlliExpress Hawaiian Flower Lei

TaoTronic Monopod (Selfie Stick)

Jansport Fifth Avenue Fanny Pack

Neutrogena Beach Defense Sunscreen

Pajama Girl

To me, Halloween is just an excuse to wear my onesie in public. Whether you choose to take the funny or trendy route, everyone is going to be jealous of how comfortable you are in your “pajamas”.
