With an unsurprisingly great turn out, the Fordham football team had their first home game Saturday night against Villanova University’s Wildcats. Students and families filled the stands excited for a win after taking home the W from last week’s game at Army West Point. Towards the end of the third quarter, while the Wildcats lead 14-0, #2 Corey Caddie made it 14-7 with a 20-yard pass from #14 captain, Kevin Anderson. At the end, Fordham falls with the final score being 14-7. Despite the unfortunate loss, we’re excited for the season and were impressed by the crowd sticking it out through the rainy Saturday evening at Jack Coffey! (Plus, let’s be honest. We still feel good from the win against Army.)
