The long-awaited news has finally been revealed: Kylie Jenner was pregnant! The 20-year-old TV reality star was in hiding for nine months with Travis Scott, the father, while awaiting the birth of her baby girl. Kylie revealed a sneak peek of a video on Youtube that shows the journey of her pregnancy. She then released a statement saying “My pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world. I knew for myself I needed to prepare for this role of a lifetime in the most positive, stress free, and heathy way I knew how” on her Instagram profile, shown below. Kylie and Travis thought that it would be best to post minimal photos on Instagram and keep a low profile during her pregnancy. That didn’t stop the tabloids from concocting up theories. Everyone knew something was up when Kylie would not post her normal mirror selfies showing off her amazing body. Most of the clothing she would wear was baggy and loose, which proved the point that she had something to hide.
On February 1st, 2018 Kylie’s baby girl was brought into the world. Following her arrival was the infamous Youtube video that included footage from Kylie’s birth, loving words from her friends and family and her maternity pictures. That video is now the #2 trending video on Youtube and has almost two million views. Speculation about the baby’s name began shortly after the reveal. February 6th, 2018 Kylie posted the first picture of her daughter on Instagram, captioning it with “Stormi,” the assumed name of her baby girl.
